RETURN & REFUND POLICY – EVERBUY MART

At Everbuy Mart, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags & packaging intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or incomplete products.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders:

  • Refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.


Return Shipping

  • Free return for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • For other reasons, return shipping charges apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Eligible for replacement or full refund.
